The Story

The first time I went to Disneyland I knew that I wanted to go again, again, and again. The more I went, the more I loved it. I soon had the idea of working at the happiest place in the world. One day I was watching the Fantasmic! show and spoke to a security guard about working at Disney. She was excited to tell me about it and all of the ways Disney "brainwashes" you. At that point, I was hooked.

When I was a sophomore in high school I had a friend, Amy, who went to work at Disney World on a College Program. I was so excited, because this was my chance to learn more about it! When she came home I was curious about her experience. Sure enough, she loved it.

When I was a senior in high school I started working at the movie theatre and there was a girl who had just come home from doing to college program. She loved it even more! I questioned her about it everyday for over a year before I decided to send my application in.

It's not too hard of an application to fill out. In fact, the whole process is easy! You fill out an application, then  if they like you it's a phone interview and you're supposed to hear within the next 2 weeks. I was one of the unlucky few who didn't hear back for three months!!

I was so excited when I received the email accepting me! I was to go work at Disney February 1- June 1! And here I am. Working at Star Tours, at Disney World.
